As track and field coaches, attending a meet is always an exciting experience. We take pride in being able to witness our athletes compete at the highest level and see the fruits of their countless hours of training and preparation.
We are always with them every step of the way, right up to their warm-up on race day. We remind them to stay calm and confident, to trust in their training, and to give it their all on the field.
Needless to say, our athletes had a great showing during the recent SA-SSP Primary T&F Meet 2023!
As the meet comes to a close, whether our athletes achieve their desired results or not, we make sure to provide them with feedback. We place a strong emphasis on developing their soft skills as individuals and believe that the results on the track would follow suit.
Congratulations to all who took part in the meet! We had great fun being there to support you all.
